Tofu Burgers
Cut firm tofu in half and then slice each half into 3 thinner slices, as diagram below (so you have 6 slices):

- Use kebab marinade and marinate overnight, or for at least one hour - turning it so it soaks up the marinade.
- Cook in a little cold-pressed olive oil - until crispy. The thinner the slice, the crispier it becomes.
- Put into a bun that has been spread with avocado.
Add:
Tomato Lettuce Beetroot Pineapple Onions Mushrooms Sprouts Gherkins Olives Sweet chilli sauce, or peanut sauce (see Gado-Gado recipe)
