Soya Milk Smoothie
1½ - 2 cups soya milk 1 banana - or other fruit (peach, nectarine, pineapple) ½ teas spirulina (optional) 1 teas honey 1 teas natural vanilla essence 1 teas carob powder (optional) 1 tab wheatgerm (optional)
Other Good Additions: protein powder - if you are needing added protein 1 tab cold pressed flax seed oil - for your essential fatty acids
- Blend fruit first, then add other ingredients until all smoothly blended.
- Garnish with grated nutmeg/cinnamon/carob powder.
- Add a sprig of mint
