Pesto Sauce

¼ cup chopped pine nuts
½ cup grated parmesan
1½ cups fresh basil
10 cloves garlic
2 cup cold pressed olive oil
1 tab chopped green chilli (optional)

• Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.

Yield - 4 cups
