Lifestream Spirulina Recipes
Spirulina Rush 3 cups of your favourite juice (preferably Tropical or Apple) 2 tsp Lifestream Spirulina powder 1 banana
- Place juice and banana into a blender and blend for 10-20 seconds or until banana is smooth.
- Add Lifestream Spirulina and blend for a further 10-20 seconds or so for a delicious and refreshing smoothie - YUM!
Serves four - unless you're like us - in which case it serves one several times!
Healthnut Special 3 cups of your favourite juice (preferably Tropical or Apple) 3 bananas, 2 kiwifruit, 1 orange 3/4 cup of Acidophilus yoghurt 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds 3 level tsp linseed (optional) 2 tbsp Lifestream Biogenic Aloe Vera juice (optional - just for super health nuts!) 3 tsp Lifestream Spirulina powder
- Place pumpkin seeds in the blender with half the juice and blend for 10-20 seconds to grind up the seeds.
- Next add all other ingredients, blast it for another minute and INDULGE in a delicious, nutritious power-smoothie!
Serves 4 for that up and at'em feeling - great for a hangover too!
All Night Energiser 3 cups of your favourite juice, or one cup of each of your three favourites! 3 bananas Whatever other delicious fruit you can lay your hands on - strawberries, passionfruit - go wild! A heaped tsp honey (if you like it sweet) 2 tsp Lifestream Spirulina powder (or 3 if you plan on seeing the dawn...)
- Mix all ingredients except Spirulina in the blender for 15-20 seconds.
- Add the Lifestream Spirulina and whiz it up for another 10-20 seconds.
Serves four, or two who plan on PLAYING HARD!
Lifestream 'Greens' Recipes Chlorella Cleanout 3 cups Apple Juice 1-2 bananas 1 cup Berries A squeeze of Lemon (optional) 2 tsp Lifestream Greens Chlorella powder
- Place juice, bananas, berries and lemon into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add Lifestream Greens Chlorella powder and blend for a further 10-20 seconds.

Greenies Dream 3 cups Apple Juice 1-2 Bananas 1-3 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds 1-2 tbsp Almonds 2 tsp Lifestream Greens Phyto Plus powder
- Place juice, bananas, pumpkin seeds and almonds into a blender and blend until banana is smooth and nuts and seeds are nicely crushed.
- Add Lifestream Greens Phyto Plus powder and blend for a further 10-20 seconds.
*** Makes a chunky, 'more-ish' smoothie full of powerful phytonutrients to give lasting nutrition and goodness ***
Morning After 3 cups Vegetable Juice A hint of Chilli powder or sauce A squeeze of Lemon Salt and Pepper to taste 2 tsp Lifestream Spirulina powder
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth for a zesty, zippy wake up call!

Move & Groove 3 cups Tomato Juice A handful of fresh Basil A dash of Lemon A sprinkling of Black Pepper 2 tsp Lifestream Greens Barley and Wheatgrass powder
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
*** A wonderful way to get a high fibre nutritional boost to help get things moving! ***
Stress Buster 3 cups Tropical Juice 1-2 Bananas 1/2-1 cup Acidophilus Yoghurt 2 tsp Lifestream Greens Stress Protect powder
- Place juice and bananas into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add Lifestream Greens Stress Protect powder and blend for a further 10-20 seconds.
*** A silky fruit blend to calm and soothe the nerves and boost the immune system ***
NOTE: These delicious smoothie recipes can be used with any of the Lifestream Greens powders or Lifestream Spirulina. The recipes make a full blender and can be stored in the fridge for up to three days. To keep your smoothie fresh add a squeeze of lemon to your blend and store covered in the fridge. ENJOY!
