Chickpea Loaf
2 cups cooked chickpeas or a can of good organic chickpeas 1 cup chopped organic celery ŧ cup chopped organic onion 1 cup wholemeal breadcrumbs cup natural tomato sauce or relish 2 tabs organic soya flour 1 cup nuts - brazils or almonds are nice 1 teas cold pressed olive oil (for oiling loaf pan) fresh parsley 2 free-range eggs seasalt (optional)
- Blend all ingredients in food processor - put into oiled casserole or loaf tin
- Cook 375ēF - 190ēC until set
