HUNZA PIE
Filling:
Blend together: 3/4 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup yoghurt
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 small tomato
Mix with : 1/2 cups cooked brown rice
1/2 bunch siiverbeet chopped fine
Pastry : 1 cup w/m flour and pinch of salt
50g butter rubbed in cold water to mix
Line a pie dish with wholemeal pastry. Pour in filling and top with buttered wholemeal breadcrumbs and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 160° c for 45 minutes.
