500g dark chocolate (can use buttons or chips)
1 tin sweetened condensed milk
1/2 teas vanilla essence
Grease 20cm square tin. Warm chocolate and condensed milk over low heat or in microwave. Add essence. Pour into tin and flatten. Chill 30 mins before cutting. Chill a further hour before serving.

1/2 cup chopped browned hazelnuts, brazils or almonds chopped crystallised ginger brandy soaked apricots cherries ,
