CHIA CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

 

 400ml can of coconut cream

 ½ cup raw cacao powder

 ¼ cup rice malt syrup or 3 Tbsp honey

 ¼ cup chia seeds

 pinch of sea salt

 cacao nibs, optional

 

Method:- 

1. Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl or blender.

2. Whisk/blend ingredients together until well combined and smooth.

3. Pour into 4-6 serving glasses. Sprinkle with cacao nibs if you like.

4. Chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours, or until firm. Enjoy!
